Learn how to use Motus effectively

Motus connects to your Zoom account to provide real-time coaching and post-call insights — without needing to watch recordings. Here's how it works:

🔧 Installation Instructions

OAuth Flow (Recommended)

  1. Go to Motus App on Zoom Marketplace
  2. Click Install
  3. Approve permissions when prompted
  4. You'll be redirected to Motus to complete the setup

Once connected, Motus will securely access Zoom audio in real time using Recall.ai. No video or screen share data is accessed.

Note: You must have Zoom admin permissions to install the app for your team.

▶️ Using the Integration

  1. Motus will detect active Zoom calls and join via a secure audio-only bot
  2. Real-time coaching will be delivered in-app or via integrated dashboards
  3. Post-call summaries and feedback will appear in your Motus account
  4. No recordings or video content are ever stored or analyzed

Use Motus to:

  • Detect missed objections or value framing issues mid-call
  • Flag hesitations, tone dips, or rushed pricing moments
  • Deliver custom behavioral insights across your sales team

🧹 Uninstallation Instructions

  1. Go to Zoom App Management
  2. Find Motus
  3. Click Uninstall

Uninstalling will:

  • Revoke access to your Zoom account
  • Stop all real-time audio processing
  • Trigger deletion of any retained audio data (if applicable)
